    Maharashtra State CET Cell has released the MHT CET 2026 second attempt exam dates for candidates seeking improved scores from the April 2026 session.

    MHT CET 2026 second attempt exam dates and schedule

    The PCB group second attempt will be held on May 10-11, 2026 . The PCM group second attempt runs from May 12-21, 2026 , excluding May 16-17 . The second attempt follows the first attempt conducted in April 2026 .

    Exams will be held in multiple shifts across various centres. Candidates should note their exact date, shift and centre from the admit card, as sessions are spread across days and locations.

    How to download MHT CET 2026 second attempt admit card

    Admit cards for the second attempt are available on the official portal cetcell.mahacet.org . Log in with your registered email ID and password to download and print the hall ticket.

    Verify name, photograph, signature, exam date, shift and exam centre immediately after download. If you find any discrepancy, report it to the CET Cell without delay so corrections can be issued before the exam.

    Who can appear in the second attempt

    The second attempt is for candidates who appeared in the April 2026 MHT CET and wish to improve their scores. Carry a printed copy of the admit card and the required ID documents as specified by the CET Cell.

    Candidates are advised to reach the examination centre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start to complete entry and verification procedures.

    The MBA/MMS CET 2026 second attempt is scheduled for May 9, 2026 . The CET Cell will follow the same exam format as the April session, with PCB covering Physics, Chemistry and Biology, and PCM covering Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

    Exact shift timings, city-wise exam centre lists and other granular details will be available on the official portal. Candidates should check the website regularly for any updates or instructions from the authority.

    What happens after the second attempt

    After the exams, the CET Cell will publish provisional answer keys and open an objection window. Final results will be declared after evaluating objections, followed by counselling for admissions to engineering and pharmacy colleges in Maharashtra.
