    NTA declared the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 result on April 20, 2026 . The agency also released the final answer key the same day.

    A total of 26 candidates achieved a 100 percentile in Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.). About 11.23 lakh candidates appeared in CBT mode across 566 examination centres located in 304 Indian cities and 14 cities abroad .

    Visit the official NTA JEE Main website and log in with your application number and password to download the scorecard. The scorecard shows your NTA score, percentile and All-India rank based on the best score across January and April sessions .

    What the result means for you and next steps

    Results are prepared using the best-score policy across both sessions. If this was your higher scoring attempt, use the scorecard to register for JoSAA counselling for seat allocation in NITs, IIITs and other participating institutes.

    You must keep the following documents ready for counselling: the JEE Main scorecard, Class XII mark sheet, and category certificate if applicable. JoSAA registration, choice filling and seat acceptance will decide final admission.
