How to use OTBS to book — VITEEE Slot Booking 2026
Access OTBS at viteee.vit.ac.in or vit.ac.in (the OTBS link appears on the site). You must log in with your application number and the OTBS password sent to your registered email. Enter the verification/captcha code to proceed.
On the OTBS dashboard you will see test city, available dates and the number of seats per slot in real time. Select only one date and one shift — each candidate can book only one slot. After you submit, the slot cannot be changed.
Use an updated Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for the booking. The OTBS dashboard updates seat availability live, so book quickly when you see your preferred slot.
If you miss booking or face issues
If you do not book within the window, VIT will automatically allocate a slot for you. Log back into OTBS to view any automatic allotment. Admit cards are released 48 hours before the allotted exam date; download your hall ticket from OTBS when it becomes available.
Only candidates with a confirmed slot (booked or allotted) will be able to download their admit card from the OTBS portal.
You need to have submitted your VITEEE application (eligible applicants submitted by April 12, 2026 ) to access OTBS. Keep your registered email and mobile active to retrieve the OTBS password if needed.
