Central University of Kashmir has opened registrations for CUK PG admission 2026 on the university portal cukashmircuet.samarth.edu.in. The university is accepting applications for the 2026-27 academic session from candidates who appeared in CUET-PG 2026.
CUK PG admission 2026: key dates and portal
Registration began on May 21, 2026 and closes on June 11, 2026, at 11:55 PM . You must register through cukashmircuet.samarth.edu.in within this window to be considered for any of the listed programmes.
The university has listed 22 postgraduate programmes spanning humanities, sciences, law, education, management and technology. Admissions will be processed on the basis of CUET-PG 2026 scores unless a separate preference route applies.
CUK PG admission 2026: eligibility, fees and preference routes
Only candidates who have appeared in CUET-PG 2026 are eligible to register. You must select the same course options in the CUK registration that you indicated in your CUET-PG application form.
Registration fee differs by category: General/UR applicants pay Rs 200 , while SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS and women candidates pay Rs 100 . Pay attention to the fee during submission to avoid rejection.
CUK has specified separate admission preference routes for some programmes. For MBA and MBA (Travel & Tourism Management), first preference will be given to candidates who appeared in or qualified CMAT 2026 ; any remaining seats will be filled using CUET-PG 2026 merit in the relevant subject. For M.Tech programmes, priority goes to applicants through CCMT 2026 (GATE) ; leftover seats will be offered based on CUET-PG 2026 merit under the relevant paper code.
