You must pay the INR 2,000 fee online. Accepted payment modes: Credit/Debit cards, Netbanking, UPI.
OUAT 2026 registration: Eligibility and documents
For most undergraduate science courses you need Intermediate (+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 50% aggregate for Unreserved (UR) candidates. SC/ST/PwD and some other reserved categories have a 40% aggregate relaxation.
Agro-Polytechnic route has specific criteria: UR candidates need 45% in +2, SC/ST/PwD 40% , and a diploma-based entry requires 50% in the diploma . You should register using a valid mobile number and email, and upload a passport-sized photograph and signature as per instructions on the portal.
Exam mode, courses and prospectus
The OUAT entrance will be held as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in the first week of June. The university lists seven courses under the OUAT exam, including B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.Tech (Agril. Engg.), B.Sc. Forestry, B.Sc. Horticulture, B.F.Sc., and B.Sc. Community Science.
The common prospectus has not been released at the time of registration activation. The prospectus will carry final details on syllabus, exam pattern, seat matrix, reservation breakdown and counselling schedules — check the official website for the prospectus once published.

Register on ouat.ac.in, complete the application fields, upload required documents, and pay the fee before May 12, 2026 . Keep a copy of the confirmation and payment receipt. Monitor the official portal for the prospectus, admit card release and exact exam date and shift details.
