Maharashtra HSSC Result 2026: Class 12 pass percentage 89.79%

Maharashtra Board announced Class 12 (HSC) results on May 2, 2026 , reporting an overall pass percentage of 89.79% . Results have been declared for nine regions including Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur and Konkan.

How to check Maharashtra HSSC Result 2026 online

You can view your HSC result and download the e-marksheet on the official portals: mahahsscboard.in , hscresult.mahahsscboard.in , and hscresult.mkcl.org . Digilocker e-marksheets are also available at results.digilocker.gov.in .

To access your marksheet, log in with your roll number (seat number) and your mother’s name. Keep your admit card ready — the board advises candidates to have it at hand while checking results.

Immediate steps after Maharashtra HSSC Result 2026 declaration

If your result appears online, download and save the e-marksheet for immediate use. Many colleges accept the Digilocker e-marksheet for admission processes, but original documents will be issued separately by the board.

Original marksheets and HSC certificates will be distributed by the board and must be collected from your respective junior college. Junior colleges can access consolidated college results using the college login on the board portal.

Board officials recommend students verify their details on the e-marksheet and retain a printed copy for records. If you plan higher-education applications, keep multiple copies of the downloaded marksheet and the Digilocker reference.

Regions covered and what it means for students

Results were released region-wise for Pune, Nagpur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur and Konkan. Your region will determine where you collect original documents — usually from the junior college listed on the board portal.

If you cannot find your result online immediately, recheck the roll number and mother’s name, and try the official portals again. The board portals and Digilocker are the authorised platforms to download and authenticate your e-marksheet.

For any discrepancies in personal details or marks, follow up with your junior college; original certificates and official corrections are handled by the board through colleges.

    Notes for candidates

Keep your admit card and roll number ready. Use only the official websites to avoid incorrect copies. Junior colleges should use their college login to download consolidated results for students.
