The Railway Recruitment Board released the RRB NTPC city intimation slip 2026 on April 27, 2026 . Candidates can now see their allotted exam city, date and shift for CBT 1 ahead of the first phase starting May 7, 2026 .

City slips are issued in phases, usually 8–10 days before the exam date. The slip itself is not the admit card and will not grant entry to the exam centre.
What the RRB NTPC city intimation slip 2026 shows — and what to expect next
The city intimation slip shows only the exam city, date and shift. The admit card, which contains the centre name, address and exam-day guidelines, will be released by the RRB four days before each candidate's exam date.

Important CBT 1 dates and exam structure
- CBT 1 starts on May 7, 2026 , with additional sessions on May 8 and May 9, 2026 , and further phases from June 13–21, 2026 (except June 15 ).
- The CBT 1 paper contains 100 objective-type questions to be answered in 90 minutes .
- There is negative marking: 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
