WB JEMScN 2026: Eligibility, exam pattern and selection
To apply you must hold a B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing degree with at least 55% aggregate marks . Valid registration with the Nursing Council is mandatory. Selection for M.Sc Nursing seats will be solely based on the JEMScN rank/score.
The exam is OMR based and lasts 90 minutes . It runs from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM on the exam day. The paper is divided into two parts: Part A covers basic sciences (Anatomy, Physiology, Research) and Part B covers core nursing subjects (Medical-Surgical, Pediatric, Community Health Nursing).
