So, you know how competitive things are these days, right? Getting good marks in your B.Com is super important if you're aiming for IIM Ahmedabad. Your graduation scores are like the first thing they look at when you apply.

Of course, they also consider your CAT percentile, your marks in 11th and 12th, and your category. But it's always a good idea to focus on what you can control, like smashing the CAT or getting awesome graduation marks if you're still studying.

IIM gives about 10% weightage to your graduation score, so you should really pay attention to it. If you manage to score above 80%, you'll get the full 10 points. But if you're somewhere above 70%, you'll only get 8 points.

Your 12th-grade marks also play a role in getting shortlisted. And, unlike some other colleges, your CAT score is a big deal. So, cracking the 99th percentile can seriously boost your chances.
