NTA is expected to release the CUET UG City Intimation Slip on or before May 5, 2026 , ahead of the exam window starting May 11, 2026 .

The CUET UG exams run from May 11 to May 31, 2026 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and will be held in 13 mediums across India and abroad. The city intimation slip gives you advance information about the city where your exam centre will be located; it is not the admit card.

CUET UG City Intimation Slip: when it is likely and why it matters

Based on last year’s timeline, NTA released the city slip a few days before the exams (it was released on May 7, 2025 last year). This year the slip is likely on or before May 5, 2026 . NTA will publish the exact date via an official notice or on its official X handle.

The slip helps you plan travel and stay. It does not permit entry to the exam centre — the admit card, issued later, is mandatory for entry and contains the exact centre address and reporting time.

CUET UG City Intimation Slip: how to download and what it contains

You can download the slip from cuet.nta.nic.in using your application number and date of birth or password. The slip will list your allocated exam city , each subject name and code , and the exam date and shift for the papers you have registered for.

Keep a digital and a printed copy for reference. Remember that the city slip may not show the exact centre address — that appears on the admit card released a few days before your scheduled exam.
