    JEE Main admit card 2026: NTA issues exam-day advisory (Session 2, April 2026)

    NTA released the official advisory and instructions for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 scheduled in April 2026 . Download your JEE Main admit card 2026 from jeemain.nta.nic.in and print it on A4 paper before the exam day.

    JEE Main admit card 2026: download, ID and self-declaration

    You must carry the printed admit card and a valid original photo ID — Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID or School ID (with photo). Also bring one or two copies of the same ID you uploaded during registration.

    NTA requires a signed self-declaration/undertaking downloaded from the official website. If this form is missing or unsigned, you may be denied entry.

    JEE Main admit card 2026 — What to carry and what not to carry

    Only a few personal items are allowed inside the centre. Bring a transparent ballpoint pen (blue or black). Carry one extra passport-size photograph to paste on the attendance sheet; carrying two is recommended.

    Do NOT carry mobile phones, smartwatches, bags, calculators, electronic devices, or any paper material. Calculators are banned in any form for JEE Main 2026.

    Key instructions and reporting time

    Arrive at the exam centre at least one hour before the scheduled reporting time. Candidates wearing religious attire should report early for verification to avoid delay.

    Frisking will be strict. The attendance process will capture your photo, signature and left-hand thumbprint on the sheet. Follow invigilator instructions carefully.

    For B.Arch candidates

    B.Arch aspirants may bring geometry sets and drawing supplies, including coloured pencils, erasers and crayons, as permitted by NTA.

    Attendance, discrepancies and conduct

    Check your admit card details—name, photo and exam city—immediately after download. For discrepancies contact NTA through the official channels given on the website. Any misconduct may lead to cancellation of candidature.
