JEE Mains 2026 Result Session 2: Final Answer Key, Scorecard, Percentiles, JEE Advanced Eligibility and JoSAA Dates

    JEE Mains 2026 Result Session 2 declared by April 20, 2026

    The National Testing Agency will declare the JEE Mains 2026 Result Session 2 by April 20, 2026 . Around 11.23 lakh candidates appeared for the April session held on April 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8, 2026 .

    What the JEE Mains 2026 Result Session 2 scorecard will show

    Your final scorecard on jeemain.nta.nic.in will include the NTA percentile , All India Rank (AIR) , category rank and qualifying status for JEE Advanced. NTA uses the normalisation process and the "best of two sessions" rule to prepare final AIRs.

    NTA may publish the final answer key with the result. If any question is officially marked "dropped", affected shift candidates will receive bonus marks (+4) for that question.

    No requests for rechecking or re-evaluation of the final result will be accepted after declaration. Results can also be cancelled for use of unfair means or impersonation.

    Who is eligible for JEE Advanced and seat rules

    Top 2.5 lakh candidates on the Common Rank List (CRL) will be eligible to register for JEE Advanced 2026. For NIT/IIIT/GFTI admissions via JoSAA you must meet the board marks requirement: 75% in Class 12 (or 65% for reserved categories).

    Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning) candidates should note that Paper 2 results are released separately, usually a few days after Paper 1.

    How to check your JEE Mains 2026 Result Session 2

    1. Visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in .
    2. Click the Session 2 result or scorecard link under Candidate Activity.
    3. Log in with your application number and password or date of birth .
    4. Download and print the scorecard.
