MBOSE HSSLC Result 2026: Class 12 scorecard out on May 4 at 11 am – download links and pass criteria

    MBOSE HSSLC Result 2026 declared on May 4 at 11 AM

    The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) will declare the HSSLC Result 2026 for Class 12 on May 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM . Students can download their scorecards from mboseresults.in and megresults.nic.in using their roll numbers.

    MBOSE HSSLC Result 2026: When and where to check

    MBOSE conducted the HSSLC exams from February 18 to March 13, 2026 for science, arts, commerce and vocational streams. On the result day, the board will make scorecards available for both candidates and schools to download from the official portals.

    Primary websites listed by the board are mboseresults.in and megresults.nic.in . MBOSE also lists mbose.in and third-party portals such as Indiaresults as alternative access points.

    MBOSE HSSLC Result 2026: What the scorecard shows

    The downloadable HSSLC scorecard will carry student name, roll number, parents' names, subject-wise theory and practical marks, total marks, division and qualifying status. Result booklets will be available for schools and candidates to save or print.

    Students must have their roll number ready to access the online scorecard. The board’s scorecard will indicate any special markings such as the star mark for high achievers.

    Pass marks and star-mark rules

    To pass the MBOSE Class 12 exams students must secure a minimum of 30% aggregate and 30% in each subject , including theory and practicals. Those who score 80% or above in aggregate will be awarded a star mark (*) on the mark sheet.

    Stream-specific thresholds for the star mark are set by the board. Science and commerce students must secure at least 400 aggregate marks to be eligible for the star mark, while vocational stream students need a minimum of 640 aggregate marks .

    Immediate student impact

    Students should download and save their scorecards as soon as results are published. Schools will also be able to download consolidated result booklets for record-keeping and verification.

    For any discrepancies or formal procedures such as revaluation, students should follow instructions from MBOSE released after the results. The board is the final authority on result publication and related processes.
