How to apply for the Goa HSSC Result 2026 scrutiny form

You cannot apply by yourself. All applications must be submitted through your school. Schools will use the board portal at gbshse.gov.in to apply.

Schools need the candidate's seat number , school index number , and registration ID from the admit card. Select specific subjects for which you want scrutiny or re-evaluation, and pay per subject.

Payment is online only — via credit/debit card or net banking through the board payment gateway. After submission, your school must download the acknowledgment receipt. Keep that receipt safe for future reference.

    What each service means

A verified photocopy lets you and your teacher review the actual answer script for missed answers or totalling errors. Re-evaluation is a fresh marking of the answer book. Verification in absentia is a marks-check without sending the original answer book to you.

Note: You usually cannot apply for verification in absentia for the same subject if you have already requested a photocopy or re-evaluation for that subject.

    Eligibility and documents

Only Class 12 (HSSC) candidates of GBSHSE are eligible. The school will submit applications on your behalf with the required credentials: seat number, school index and registration ID. Payment must be completed subject-wise for the form to be accepted.

    What to watch next

Check with your school once the portal opens on April 1 for photocopy requests and by April 8 for other scrutiny requests. Expect re-evaluation and verification processes to follow in May , with results likely by June 2026 (tentative).
