ACPC Gujarat opened Gujarat BE BTech Admissions 2026 registrations on March 31, 2026 . You must complete the online application at acpc.gujarat.gov.in/be-b-tech by May 31, 2026 before 5 pm and pay a Rs 350 non-refundable fee.

Registration is online only; there is no offline mode. The portal requires document upload during registration, but institutes will not ask for original documents at this stage.

Gujarat BE BTech Admissions 2026: Merit list, counselling and seat quotas

The admission merit list will be released from June 12, 2026 . Counselling for government and grant-in-aid (GIA) institutes will be fully online and includes mock counselling, Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and a final online round.

Seat distribution follows state rules: 95% of seats in government and GIA colleges are filled through the state combined merit, and 5% of those seats are filled through the All India Rank in JEE Main 2026 as declared by the NTA. For unaided colleges, 50% of seats are filled via the combined merit.

Combined merit gives equal weight to Class 12 theory percentile and GUJCET percentile. Gujarat-based candidates should appear in GUJCET 2026 to be eligible for most state-quota seats. Centres of excellence require qualification through the relevant entrance exam.

Eligibility, minimum marks and document requirements

You must have passed Class 12 (HSC) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (or Biology where applicable for certain branches). AICTE-prescribed minimums apply: 45% in PCM for general category and 40% for reserved categories.

Upload the required documents during online registration. The portal is the primary channel for verification and updates; original documents are not required to be submitted to institutes during the online process.

    What students should note now

    • Start your online application early and keep scanned copies of mark sheets and GUJCET/JEE documents ready.
    • The registration fee of Rs 350 is non-refundable; incomplete applications may be rejected.
    • Track the ACPC login for document verification status, mock counselling dates and merit list updates.

Authorities involved include the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) Gujarat, the National Testing Agency (NTA) for JEE Main ranks, and AICTE norms for eligibility.
