    The Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination Council has announced JEECUP 2026 registration extended: the last date for online applications has been moved from April 30 to May 10, 2026 .

    Candidates can still apply through the official portal jeecup.nic.in. Registration opened on January 15, 2026 , and the extended window now runs for 116 days in total.

    The registration period was extended by 10 days to boost participation and public welfare, the council said. The error correction facility lasts three days and is available only to candidates who have completed online registration and fee payment.

    If you have not applied, complete the online form at jeecup.nic.in and upload required documents such as your 10+2 mark sheet and a valid identity proof . Select your preferred diploma programmes and colleges, pay the online application fee, and submit before May 10 .

    If you already applied, review your submitted details during the May 9–11 correction window. Corrections are allowed only in that period and only for registered candidates who finished formalities.

    The JEECUP exam will be held as a computer-based test (CBT) for admissions to polytechnic and technical diploma courses across Uttar Pradesh. Candidates may apply to multiple programmes but must pay separate application fees for each; fees are non-refundable after submission.

    Applications require document uploads and online fee payment. The council has said the extension aims to give students more time to prepare and complete registration formalities; no changes to exam mode or schedule were announced alongside the deadline change.
